What we do

1. Safeguarding
We support organizations to prevent harm, respond ethically to safeguarding concerns, and uphold survivor dignity.
Our Focus Areas:
- Policy Development and Review: Design and review safeguarding policies aligned with international standards and organizational contexts.
- Receiving and Handling of Cases: Establish safe, confidential reporting mechanisms and survivor-centered case management processes.
- Investigations: Conduct and support fair, ethical, and trauma-informed safeguarding investigations.
- Survivor Support: Strengthen referral systems and support pathways that respect choice, safety, and confidentiality.
- Safeguarding Training: Deliver practical training to build awareness, accountability, and a strong culture of safeguarding.
2. Protection
We strengthen protective environments by reducing risk and enhancing individual and community capacity. We focus on empowering the most vulnerable populations in development and humanitarian contexts.

- Training and Awareness Creation: Build a comprehensive understanding of protection risks, rights, and responsibilities through targeted trainings.
- Life Skills Development: Empower children, youth, and vulnerable adults with skills for resilience, self-protection, and positive coping.

3. Mental Health
Integrating Psychosocial Wellbeing into Protection
We integrate mental health and psychosocial wellbeing into safeguarding and protection work. Our goal is to promote mental health awareness and enhance access to critical care.

4. Capacity Development
We strengthen institutional systems to ensure sustainable and accountable safeguarding practices. Our focus is on building the capacity of leadership and staff to manage risks independently.
